Terms of Service

Engineering Growth provides career resources for software engineers, including a salary calculator, downloadable guides such as the negotiation script, and a paid Discord community. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. To access the community, you connect your Discord account; you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

• Community membership is offered as a recurring subscription. Pricing is shown at checkout. Founding-member spots may be offered at a reduced or free rate as a limited promotion; standard pricing applies once that promotion ends.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which your community role is removed.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend or remove your community access.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@engineeringgrowth.com.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other members.
• Share, resell, or redistribute paid content or community materials outside the community.
• Disrupt, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove members who violate these rules, without refund.

All content we provide — including the negotiation script, guides, templates, and community materials — is owned by Engineering Growth or its licensors and is provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or resell it without our written permission.

The salary calculator produces a directional estimate based on the information you enter — not a guarantee of your market value, a job offer, or any specific salary outcome. Our resources and community are educational. We do not guarantee any particular result, including employment, a raise, or a successful negotiation.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engineering Growth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other members.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
