We collect the following, depending on how you use the site:

• Information you give us. Your name and email when you use the salary calculator or download the negotiation script, and any details you enter into those forms (role, years of experience, education, and self-reported salary).
• Payment information. When you join the paid community, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details — only limited billing metadata (e.g. customer and subscription identifiers and payment status).
• Discord account information. If you join the community, you authorize us via Discord OAuth to read your basic profile (Discord user ID and email) and to add you to our server and assign roles.
• Information collected automatically. Limited technical data such as your browser’s local storage (used to remember your calculator result and lead submission) and standard server logs.

• To provide the tools you request (salary estimate, negotiation script download).
• To process your membership payment and grant/maintain your access to the Discord community.
• To contact you about your result, the resources you requested, and relevant updates or offers.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and community.

Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe under their own terms and privacy policy. We use Stripe’s identifiers and webhook events only to confirm payment and manage your community access.

To deliver the community, we use Discord. When you connect your Discord account, we use the access you grant solely to add you to our server and manage your member role based on your subscription status. Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord’s own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service, including:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Discord — community access and role management.
• Our hosting and email providers — to operate the site and communicate with you.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see “Your rights”).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@engineeringgrowth.com.

We use your browser’s local storage to remember your salary calculator result and whether you’ve submitted a lead form. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

The service is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
